“A few weeks ago I attended one of your events at University of Maryland.  I was the grad student who mentioned not having any funding.  I just wanted to say thank you for what you taught me that day.  It's really made a significant impact on my life.  After learning about flow I made a spreadsheet and started taking an inventory of all the different arenas in my life.  I started to see a bigger picture in terms of my life and other peoples' lives that has revolutionized my thinking.  Flow is one of the most important things I've ever learned.”

“Dr. Jackson has created a new way for college students to think about their own leadership capacity and influence. From a holistic perspective, and blending principles of positivity and personal power, students who use his Flow Model of Leadership will unpack deeper self-knowledge as well as more empathy for their co-leaders and followers. We at Alfred University found his approach to be in perfect harmony with how our students practice leadership as a way to improve their lives, relationships and communities.”
